Here are a couple of remarks made by VISI-SOUND users. I installed your Visi-Sound unit on one of my 111b's and took it with me to one of my better rare-earth pegmatites yesterday. Almost immediately I zeroed in on two pristine chunks of mildly radioactive xenotime-yb (ytterbium thorium phosphate) buried under about eight inches of overburden. This just about equals the performance of my modified Ludlum 2221 with a 2" x 2" NaI(Tl) scintillation probe. I have to admit it, your Visi-Sound unit is about the handiest invention to come along since perforated toilet paper.
